Our readers work in our physical locations and are available for phone/video readings.

On the final checkout page you will be given the option for an in-person or phone appointment. You may note in accommodations if you prefer phone or video call.

Your practitioner will reach out with information about how to access your appointment within 48 hours of booking.

Each service has a FAQ included in the description which lets you know whether the practitioner allows witnesses or offers partner readings. If you have any special requests we are open and accommodating.

A "Partner Reading" is a reading about the relationship.

"Witnesses" refer to someone being allowed in the reading as an observer.

We encourage people to receive readings solo whenever possible. You will be able to do some really deep work that is not always possible when others are in the room.

If you are considering bringing a witness or receiving a partner reading - do it mindfully in trusting relationships.

We love providing tea and spots to lounge for friends and family that are enjoying the shop while they wait.

Psychic readings can be unpredictable. Avoid rigid expectations and go into the session with an open heart. Be present by asking the questions and stating the affirmations that need to be acknowledged. Make sure you give yourself time after the session to meditate on the information you've received. You may want to schedule a session on our Sound Bed (Portland only) to create some space for your re-integration.

Any cancellation made in advance of 12 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. Any cancellations within 12 hours will not be refunded - as holding this appointment for you has resulted in denying other interested parties from booking. Thanks for understanding!

TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for your interest in Psychic Sister reading services. We strive to provide the very best experience for all parties, so ask that you read the following Terms of Service before booking your service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between Psychic Sister LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Psychic Sister”), and you (“you” or “your”), individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”. These Terms govern your relationship with Psychic Sister and use of the services that Psychic Sister provides to you.

The Parties agree as follows:

1. The Services.

Psychic Sister offers reading services subject to these Terms (“Services”). Psychic Sister may provide the Services to you through an independent contractor. The Services and Terms are non-transferable. You shall not transfer or assign the Terms or any right or obligation of the Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Psychic Sister. Please arrive at the location designated for the Services prior to your scheduled time. Arriving late may result in the forfeiture of your appointment. If you fail to show without notification, you will be forfeit your deposit. Psychic Sister reserves the right to refuse this Service to anyone as it deems appropriate. 

2. Disclaimer.

You acknowledge and agree that, due to the nature of the Services: (i) Psychic Sister cannot and does not promise any outcomes for you based on the Services; (ii) the Services are provided for enjoyment purposes only; and (iii) the Services are not a substitute for professional services or advice, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for making decisions based on the Services and any consequences of your decisions.

3. Payment.

Psychic Sister will collect payment for the services. Services provided over the phone must be completed in advance. The Services are provided at a rate determined by the Independent Contractor and specified at the time of booking. Payments are collected and are non-refundable after the agreed upon Services are provided to you. 

4. Termination.

You may terminate these Terms by notifying Psychic Sister at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time for Services. Psychic Sister may terminate the Terms at any time by notifying you. 

5. Indemnification.
You shall indemnify Psychic Sister and its owners, agents, and representatives (each an “Indemnified Party”) against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, or costs, including attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in the settlement or avoidance of any such claim, incurred by or asserted against any Indemnified Party resulting from or arising in connection with your conduct or any breach or alleged breach by you of any of your representations, warranties, covenants, or obligations under the Terms.

6. LIMITED LIABILITY.
Neither Party will be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, that may arise in connection with the Terms. Psychic Sister’s liability arising out of the Terms will not exceed the amount actually paid or payable to Psychic Sister under the Terms.

7. EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED AND OTHER WARRANTIES.
The Services are provided “AS IS”. Psychic Sister makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability.

You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you are aware of the risks involved in the Services; (ii) you accept and assume all risks associated with the Services; (iii) you are voluntarily participating in the Services in spite of the risks; and (iv) Psychic Sister assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by you in connection with the Services. You waive, release, and discharge Psychic Sister and its owners, agents, and representatives from any claims or liability of any kind arising out of the Services or your use of Psychic Sister’s facilities. The Terms apply to any claim even if caused by negligence.

9. Miscellaneous.
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior understanding, whether written or oral. Except as provided in the Terms, no term or condition of the Terms may be amended or deemed waived, except by a writing signed by the Parties that refers to the Terms. If any term or part of a term is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. The Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state the Services were performed, either Washington or Oregon without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any claim arising out of the Terms, including tort claims, must be resolved in that state.
